Ranch Hunts
The private elk herd at Trophy Mountain Ranch has many of the country's largest bull elk. Considered fair chase by Safari Club standards, our elk hunts meet a strict set of rules which enable trophies to be entered in the Safari record books. Hunts are conducted in prime, secluded wildlife habitat where you will see many trophy-sized bulls each day.- Hunts are highly successful.
- Since it is a private herd, there is no license required.
- Limit of 5 hunters per time slot unless booked as a group.
- Approximately 3000 acres allows ample hunting space; new areas each day.
- Your hunt begins the second day and may last until noon the 4th day.
- We welcome rifle, archery or black powder hunters.
- Experienced guides strive to provide the hunter with the ultimate hunting adventure. We do the utmost to provide the type of bull the hunter is looking for--each guide looking for the biggest and best for his client.
- The hunt is tailored to the ability of the hunter. Our expert guides provide a thrilling and challenging experience for the most avid hunters.
- After a morning of hunting you can relax and enjoy an afternoon of fly-fishing.
- Hunts run from late September to mid-November.
- We welcome spouses to accompany (as non-hunting guests) at no charge.
